A senior healthcare services executive, Dennis Kogod holds more than 20 years of experience in the field of kidney care, both in the United States and abroad. Throughout his career, he has helped numerous organizations scale new markets, establish new service lines, develop integrated care services, and exceed financial and clinical goals. Dennis Kogod’s notable accomplishments include improving kidney care and dialysis in Saudi Arabia through partial privatization. For his efforts, he received an award from the country’s ministry of health.
Since 2019, Mr. Kogod has worked as an independent healthcare consultant, focusing on the buy-side of multi-specialty medical groups, specifically those transitioning to a value-based rather than fee-for-service delivery model. He also works with early-stage medical device companies.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Dennis Kogod enjoys practicing various forms of mixed martial arts (MMA). In 2012 he purchased an MMA gym in Hawthorne, California, where he trains with and supports young fighters. He also serves on the boards of charitable organizations such as Medical Mission for Children and the Damien Foundation.
